Mastering Mind and Life - Foundations of Buddhism
The Buddha taught how we can master our life. He taught how we have nothing to lose when we open ourselves and engage with the world. The practice of meditation provides the tools for familiarising ourselves with actually being present, as well as cultivating a greatness of mind that embraces life, as it is.
